The first round of listings are out at 101 Bedford Avenue, the huge new Karl Fischer development between North 11th and 12th streets. This two-bedroom is asking $4,100 a month. The choice to use the color yellow in the bathroom and kitchen is certainly an interesting one. We also don’t think the level of finishes look as nice as some other high-end rental buildings opening up in North Brooklyn.
