This studio is in a prime area of Brooklyn Heights (not that there are really any unprime areas in Brooklyn Heights), only about a block away from the promenade. But it ain’t big! There is more to the kitchen than you’d expect from a 300-square-foot studio (check out those speakers!) and the private outdoor space is certainly a plus, but the below-grade level is definitely a downer if you care about natural light. The ask for monthly rent is $1,700. If location is your top priority, could this be worth it?

  1. “BHO, you have no clue what the income of this entire building is so give it up.”

    Argue with a number. 5M/(10×12) = 42 grand/mo? LMAO!

  2. “What if homes were all cash only?”

What if a fairy came along and sprinkled pixie dust and glitter???

BHO, you have no clue what the income of this entire building is so give it up.

  3. Trees for the forest, DIBS?

This rental series allows great perspective in assessing value. Rents didn’t hyperinflate like prices did. What if homes were all cash only?
