Rental of the Day: 190 North 14th Street
Summer’s around the corner, which makes the 1,100-square-foot terrace at this two-bedroom penthouse unit at 190 North 14th Street sound quite appealing. The Williamsburg apartment also has huge windows facing the outdoor space. And while the kitchen isn’t huge, it looks pretty slick. Not a bad pad at all, but the price tag comes in…

It looks amazing; but anyone spending $5,350/month had better be making at least $300,000 a year. If you’re making less than that and spending this much, you’re throwing money out the window.
If you’re making $300k, you should really be buying a home, not renting a bachelor pad.
@C Havens: $4950? I bet they get above asking.
That’s a sweet pad. You’ll never see anything like it in Manhattan for under $8,000.
Wille-B rentals hotter than fuel rods in northern Japan so we’ll see 4950?
Slick. Always wondered about that place, I can see the patio of it out my window right now.
Will they be allowed to use the swimming pool?
Sweet. Whoever lives here can have their own Berry Park.
