The kitchen, which doesn’t look spectacular as presented in the listing photos, has been redone, according to the ad. Meanwhile, the rooms look decently sized. If this is a true three-bedroom, the $2,950-a-month rent seems like a decent deal for the neighborhood. It’s very close to Fort Greene Park, there’s no broker’s fee, and the remodeled kitchen has a dishwasher.

A walk-up tenement above an Indian restaurant on Myrtle avenue, with 2 small bedrooms and an inside “bedroom” is not a good deal at $3,000. Students could do better than that for the money, no?
o, boy – this was really depressing to look at. it’s got some great potential and will likely be snapped up by a few students, but I’d have waited a few more days to get some better pictures if it was going to look any better – but maybe that is as good as it gets? ditto on the “beautiful hardwood floors”! yikes!
Still cheaper than buying into a double dip.
***Bid half off peak comps***
It seems OK for students at Pratt to share.
For that price, I hope they are planning to refinish the “beautiful hardwood floors.” No w/d.
plus, it looks to be over an indian restaurant. love indian food, but i wouldn’t want to smell it all day.

How do you get 3 bedrooms out of a 20×65 floorplate with 3 windows at each end?
you dont.
Depressing and ugly. How do you get 3 bedrooms out of a 20×65 floorplate with 3 windows at each end?
