The kitchen, which doesn’t look spectacular as presented in the listing photos, has been redone, according to the ad. Meanwhile, the rooms look decently sized. If this is a true three-bedroom, the $2,950-a-month rent seems like a decent deal for the neighborhood. It’s very close to Fort Greene Park, there’s no broker’s fee, and the remodeled kitchen has a dishwasher.

agree; this is not a good deal.
For that same price you can get a 2BR/2bath with w/d, dishwasher stainless steel appliances right across the street at the Clermont. You also get an elevator and a part time doorman. I’d take that over this any day.
this is a 2 bedroom (sorry, that bedroom in the living room doesn’t count)
3k for a two bedroom gets you something pretty nice on a nicer block in Ft Greene. Agree with Nomi – 2,500 tops.
