There’s a private roof space, too. There aren’t enough pictures to make a judgment on the size, but it’s listed as 1,250 square feet. The rent is $2,700. Thoughts? Update: This is a commercial lease that can be used as a live/work space.

I think it’s just a commercial space… someone may choose to live in it, but.
Lot’s of shops would have a full bathroom and kitchenette. For showering at the end of the day and making lunch. And the “bedroom” would be the office.
That said — the high bay door is great, but $2700!!? Seems a bit high, no? I guess it’s already built out, so maybe not.
Called Apts and Lofts. It’s a commercial lease that can be used as live/work space.
I like the idea your car or truck can be part of the decor.
“However, a bedroom and kitchen space have been carved out.”
Ad on broker site makes no mention of a bedroom. I think you may have mistakenly pulled a commercial space listing.
Can’t read the C of O on DOB BIS – but the bldg classification is “E9 – Warehouse”
And words to the wise: the DOB has been cracking down pretty hard on illegal conversions, trolling Craigslist for ads and sending undercover investigators, following the death of people and firefighters in fires.
i like it, but the price is disgusting
*rob*
It looks like a commercial space, not residential.
ROFL! “ooh baby I like it raaaaaaaw!”
