elizabeth, those W/D combo units are NICE TO LOOK AT but that’s it – unless they got a ton better with the drying time recently. So I say that W/D is worth add’l $20

For a 1.5-2BR that is so spacious in this great location, I’d say $2600, but here the view is worth probably $100, the W/D in unit probably worth an additional $100, so yeah, $2800 sounds right to me.

I need a floor plan also. The bathroom though, love the window but it is really small, like smalled than usual….

nice pad and location. if place is legit 1000 sq ft, 2800 sounds good to me.
If it’s really 1000 feet, then reasonable. Would like to see floor plan, though, to get some idea how small small is on the bedrooms. I would NOT want to turn the dining room into a bedroom.
