Canot judge without a floorplan. Im guessing the bedrooms are very small. And the kitchen, from what I can tell, is tiny.
From the broker pics this would be a good location to set up your spy-cams to document the dearth of bikes on that death trap bike lane to support the claim that the DOT fudged the numbers.

11217, duh on my part – ie completely missed the 1.5 bdrms. was thinking it was 2 bdrm and thought it was good price as a similar 2 bdrm in my hood would be asking around 2600 – ie a 200 premium to be in the Slope and next to park was warranted
Uggh. They should chop 30% off the price just because it’s across from that death trap bike lane. How do they expect to get these prices when you can’t even cross the street to get to the park?
I’m single and weird if that fits your category. I’m tidy and quiet, and only get angry at benson, so I think I’m tolerable as a roomie 🙂
