Rental of the Day: 936 Fulton
This rental is in the Clinton Hill condo conversion at 936 Fulton. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment is renting for $2,650/month, though it’s also on the market for $598,500. It’s actually really nice for shares. Not sure about the price but you’d probably pay more for something as nice as that in North Slope.
Broadwayron- That is less common these days, especially with stainless fridges.
Well, at least the couch is not smashed against the kitchen island….but for my money, I’d never use that much space on two full bathrooms, not in an apt. this size.
Looks like nice place, though.
Can’t YOU decide which way the fridge door opens? Mine can be mounted to open in either direction.
“Nice layout for shares… but shares at $1,325 each. Jaysus. I don’t get how the “market” tolerates these price tags. Really I don’t. ”
yeah – well, the bedrooms are not equal sized and one has an en-suite bathroom, so i would imagine someone would end up paying at least $1,450 for that master to share an apartment with someone. too much though, i agree.
tybur – i see rents slowly creeping up in your neighborhood!!
“The fridge door swings the wrong way.” (scudder)
And how.
Nice layout for shares… but shares at $1,325 each. Jaysus. I don’t get how the “market” tolerates these price tags. Really I don’t.
That looks nice, but the rent sounds a bit high. (more power to ’em, as it would mean that my place is worth a higher rent than ever- should I ever want to leave and rent)
Also, that kitchen suffers from my greatest pet-peeve / design error. The fridge door swings the wrong way.

In this case I agree with scudder and Jimmy McMillan – the rent is too damn high. The ask price is also too expensive.
there’s a floorplan on the broker website
nice layout for shares.
