Too close to that half-way house near the corner of Marcus Garvey where them sketchy dudes are always hanging out on the stoop.
And NO, I don’t know where Bobo at.
It’s a good price for a 2-bedroom, but not for a 2*-bedroom.
Interior paint is the cheapest and easiest thing to change about a house.
Standard brownstone apartment layout. The 2nd bedroom (often referred to as a half-bedroom) is long and narrow, accessible through a door in the big bedroom.
Living room next to the kitchen. Bathroom in between.
Price pretty typical, but far from the subway. Places closer to Fulton (A, C or both) likely to cost $200 more.
That’s a nice kitchen.
But it seems really far away…. including very far away from the things that get you to other places.
starg, yes and there are some on ebay which cost $225! My previous rentals had these tiny stoves that worked as well as a hugo. Major reason I brougt. Imagine my surpise when I saw an apt listed with “new modern kitchen” and it had a gd easy bake oven. Gutted it first thing.
At least it’s not an easy bake oven.

I love the asterisk by the 2-bedroom designation on the listing. At the very bottom it says “current configuration, may not conform to official legal documentation.” Also, 4 rooms -does that make it kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms with no living room? It’s not like you can fit a couch in that tiny kitchen….
I agree with dash…it’s not a logistically great location.
