Rental of the Day: 417 Park Place
Prospect Heights’ 417 Park Place went condo a couple years ago, but one of its two-bedroom units is up for rent at present. The $2,010 rent doesn’t seem too steep for the location. A solid apartment for a reasonable monthly outlay? 417 Park Place [Ideal Properties] GMAP P*Shark

The pictured floor looks pretty awful to me.

Shouldn’t the rent be $2,011 ?
…
+1
the aerial view doesn’t seem to show a bay in the back either, though I admit it’s possible it’s there but doesn’t show up in the photo from above somehow due to shadows or angle.
They get points for putting the baseboard heat (something I detest too) in front of the bay window, since it is hard to put furniture there anyways, instead of against the wall where one would normally like furniture.
Here is the sale listing for the first and second floor 2 bedroom showing that the building has no bay window.

Having looked at all of the apartments in this building when they were being shown, I can confidently say that the pictures of the interior are NOT of 417 Park Place.
bay window could be on the back side of the house. That’s very common in prospect heights.
