Brooklyn Heights rental building 75 Clinton is close to full, with 66 of the 74 units (or 90 percent) leased. The development switched from condo to rental last May. Asking rents for the studio, one- and two-bedroom units ranged from $2,362 to $11,000 per month. (And Streeteasy lists three on the market for $11,000, $4,100, and $2,550 a month.) When the building was a condo, units were priced at $519,820 up to $1,699,000.
