Developer LCOR has released a slew of details for its yet-to-open luxury rental at 250 North 10th Street in Williamsburg, the sprawling 234-unit building that’s been under construction for nearly two years. The Daily News reported that studios will rent for as much as $3,600 a month and two-bedroom units will ask up to $6,300.

Each apartment will have floor-to-ceiling windows, climate control and “high-end” appliances. The building will also feature a 24-hour doorman, gym, wifi in the common areas and a cafe with coffee bar. And there’s a teaser site that asks potential renters to “register to become a VIP.”
