I mean the general location, MFN, not the specific one. You wouldn’t live near Amorina? What if the lot was developed and the court disappeared? Price aside.

Scratch that – $550 sq/ft max.
“Can’t knock the location”??
Between Vanderbilt and Underhill across from a dead lot and a basketball court? BHO, you going soft?
Why would anyone touch these places for a penny more than $600 sq/ft? Heck, better located high end, full service condos are now $700-$800.
WARNING: PRICE SANDING CAN BE HARMFUL OR FATAL IF INHALED. THE USE OF A SUITABLE RESPIRATOR IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Still 500 to 900 grand for a freakin’ apartment! Can’t knock the location but this range contains future Prospect Heights brownstone prices.

that is one dismal location. a dead lot to the right and a POS residence sure to be torn down at some pt and turn into a contruction nightmare.
New construction completed in last year plus? Crap quality to be sure.
Still shooting for over 700 bucks a SF? “Good luck”, or “my condolences”, depending on if it sits or sells.
i went to see this. I will be surprised if they sell at all in this market. They have all these windows and look out on a basketball court and a vacant lot. nothing to make one want to live there at all. The balconies overlook the basketball courts and they have huge airconditioning systems sit on them that are probably noisy as well.
this place is across the street from a well-used (older) playground that gets rather loud (enthusiastic basketball games)at all times of the day and week…something to think about – let alone a new development with no buyers!
Oh, I think this place is loverly. Worth every penny. Probably more!
