Park Slope is not the only place where houses are flying off the shelf these days? Prospect Lefferts Gardens is getting in on the action too, as evidenced by this recent data point: After hitting the market with Douglas Elliman with an asking price of $899,000 on January 5, the three-story brownstone at 251 Fenimore Street closed on February 4 for $935,000. What is this, 2007?
> Krugman is more Marx than Keynes
I’ve you believe that, then you have not read anything by the any of the three of them.
Krugman is more Marx than Keynes, his whole schtick is redistribution of wealth. He really really does not like the American capitalist system one little bit, which is something he shares I’m sure with the five retired codgers in Stockholm and Oslo who pick the nobel winners.
Actually, with Krugman, it’d be more “Keynes had it right” than Marx; I don’t know enough about BHO.
” I doubt that BHO will get a Nobel Prize”
he has to step up his “I am so disappointed in Americans” rhetoric. Throw in some “I wish to God we were more like the Swedes, they are so perfect”
add a little “Karl Marx had it right”
and the Nobel is a slam-dunk.
How much does a nobel prize in economics cost? I think one of those would look good in my new Crown Heights pad.
Nah, I doubt that BHO will get a Nobel Prize 🙂
I would have to agree with the BHO = Krugman analogy.
> BHO is like our own Paul Krugman
Minard = retard.
The only thing that surprises me about the sale of this beautiful house is the speed of the transaction.
