I was at the herkimer open houses and there were a lot of people. I was going to put offer in but the broker said it was going over list and he had some 10 offers. Then it went into contract, then back on the market. I called the broker again and he said he had offer and several back up offers above list again… after all that did this not sell? I have noticed some of thehouses I’ve bid in are still not sold
