That’s some seriously delusional pricing in Windsor terrace. If that gets anywhere close to ask, I may have to start believing that BHO is right.
I went to 398 Prospect last weekend. It’s one of the crappiest renovations I’ve seen in years. Figure you’ll have to invest an additional $50k-$100k over and above what you would have spent on renovations to undo the mess they made of the lower duplex and the awful extension off the back.
