The new siding and shingle work on the Ditmas and Rugby is really nice looking, as I have noticed when walking past the house. I think the idea is the new owner can paint it to suit their taste and level of multi coloring they want.
I’m a cozy spaces with doors kind of person, so having the whole space as one big loft just does not do it for me. For my taste, the reno went to modern.
I don’t know Shahn, it’s technically BS, though regularly listed by brokers as Clinton Hill. Looks like no little to no historic details left inside from the pics. Could be affordable though with two rental units. I wonder what that block of Greene Ave is like (trees?).

That Greepoint 2fam is on the wrong side of the BQE and Kingsland. The Keyspan facility is in the backyard, and the oil spill is under the house.
If the greenpoint house is like totally manicured and you can move in, why do they only show pictures of the hallways and facade?
FYI…In early August, the asking price of the Greenpoint house was $799,000.
