What’s going on at Lefferts Place between Grand and Classon? There are about four houses for sale (#63, #70, the bright yellow freestanding house next to the emply lot and one other, I think) and the big emply lot is also for sale. Why are so many on that block cashing out at once? Is it the lot?
I am going to go out on a limb and say that prices are holding. Two bidding wars on my block in the past few weeks and both sold over asking. But for some reason, I am not inspired by any of the houses listed here- I thought that we would be seeing some real gems now that the sun is coming out again…
63 Lefferts Place looks awesome, at least the parlour floor pics they’ve published. With the large size and extra large lot, I don’t think the price is outlandish at all. It also says the facade is half-way through being redone. Get the owners to foot the bill for that and go for in my opinion. If I wasn’t already in the middle of my own reno hell, I’d be doing it.

West, I google mapped 63 lefferts place. That location is very good. That part of Lefferts Place, a few houses in from Grand going towards Classon has some nice looking buildings. Are they having another open house, I’d love to check it out? Who listed it?

The Washington Avenue house may have been renovated substantially. The price for the location is totally reasonable (good in fact for the market). I would reserve judgement until one had a look and got an engineer’s report though.
who’s listing 63 lefferts place in clinton hill? corcoran has two lefferts place listings, one near Classon, the other over the border in Bed Stuy, neither at that price and neither matching your description (one is fully done up, in and out, the other needs work in and out.
