I would have thought that the two houses in Park Slope and Prospect Heights would each fetch about 100K more. Are they counting on bidding war?
Always nice to see Crown Heights represented well. Considering the Brooklyn market in general, and Crown Heights in particular, the Dean Street house looks like a good value.
The Windsor Terrace, Bay Ridge, and Crown Heights listings, together with the earlier HOTD from Leffert Manor, make a pretty good comparison of what you can get in a bayfronted townhouse in these different neighborhoods. And continues to make me think that Bay Ridge, while remote and not for everyone, remains a relatively good deal.
The interior of the Crown Heights house is amazing. I haven’t seen that much original detail on a house that cheap in a long time.
