The other unit is 1400 sq ft and asking $675K. I don’t get this pricing. It makes the OH pick (above) sound like a bargain.

A two unit condo sounds like it could be trouble. I know someone who wants to sell a whole house near here for around $900K. It’s one of the narrower ones, but it would seem much better to get your own house than split it with one other party.

The Howard Place house was the site of a gruesome murder a few months ago. Terribly sad story.
