Nice catch, Gemini. It will be interesting to see how much it sells for. With 10% of transaction costs, even if they sell for the same price they bought, they’ll leave $90K behind. Ouch.
The house being tiny isn’t really a problem, IMO. It’s the layout that kills it. Almost a mill for that layout? Um, no.
Yes – I found that there was a recorded sale in Sept 2009 for the 15th street house – right around the time my house sold on 15th street
I think it will sell for the same amount as the buyer paid for it back in 2009 – it’s a tiny house – cute – but tiny – good for a couple or a singleton – not really a family or a couple with a child
Wait a minute – that 15th Street house sold the same time that I sold my house on 15th street – eeks so we are talking maybe Sept/Oct 2009 I believe – I wonder what happenend???? – I think it also sold around 875K – let me find it!
the 15th street house was listed with warren lewis a couple of years ago and sold in 2009 for $865K. seems like it’ll sell for about the same now.
Meh, there’s always next Sunday. Not enthused by this batch.
I’ve been in that 15th St house back when I lived on the block (been a few years). Really adorable house, great renovation, but seriously tiny.
That’s not Clinton Hill. Even I know that…and I don’t live in Brooklyn.
Denton, not unless the pins, balls and strobe lights are included with the purchase 🙂
