and better public schools, and it’s closer to Manhattan. Williamsburg prices are higher than most brownstone neighborhoods, except for Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill
That is a Williamsburg classic (though the neighbors will tell you – vociferously – that it is Greenpoint!).
Vinyl siding
aluminum awning
staircase in the side alley
triple-wide front windows
mirrored living room wall
wood paneling
acoustic-tile ceiling in the bedroom
fluorescent office fixtures in the kitchen
concrete rear yard (with “textile” block walls)
And yes, a Finger Building view from the backyard!
What’s missing?

Interesting price history in Midwood:
Price History
12/15/2010 $1,150,000 +27.92%
2/9/2010 $899,000 +13.80%
9/2/2009 $790,000 +15.33%
4/13/2009 $685,000
Crack is whack.
What am I missing on the WillyB property floorplan? It says two family, but I’m not seeing that in the layout.
Is that the third or fourth OH for 397 3rd street? I swear I’m having déjà vu all over again.
Still overpriced after that 10% chop. Come on, chop chop already, so we can get new houses.
3rd st house…at last a house that’s not dark & gloomy (painted trim!) No highhats. Good layout too.
But… realtor-speak ‘master bedroom’ has a ‘master den’ but no ‘master bath?’. And a garden room, media room, rec room, art studio and family room…does anyone Live here?
Still, overpriced in my estimation
