But then I read that BofA is halting foreclosures in all 50 states! Stormy weather for financials. They can’t prove that they own the underwater assets whose mark-to-fantasy valuations are keeping them out of Chapter 11. Worse, the investors (state and local pension funds, foreigners, etc) whom they sold fraudulent MBS’s to may sue for restitution at face value (peak comps!).

Anyway, the homes that sold went for close to ask, which isn’t bad. I will admit that I have no clue if those asks were reduced from initial listings.
Have the two of you thought of counseling? Honestly you’re both just blowing hot air and getting worked up over things that don’t matter enough. As I’ve said before, the sun is out, go for a walk.
