Talk about uninspiring… blah selection this week.
my bad, MJ… thought it was btw 4th & 5th
5th Street is only “across from playgrounds†at 5th Street and 4th Avenue, not here. And Byrne Park is a block away (between 6th – 7th Sts).
As to MS51 … how many people that buy this house will be home during “noisy†school hours? I’ve never understood that complaint.
Anyway, this house is not “priced to sellâ€.
And a certain percentage of buyers will be put off by the fact that the 5th Street house directly across from MS51 and some noisy playgrounds.
Shabby indeed. My guess is it needs a major renovation – closer to a mil would make more sense!
Pretty shabby looking PS property for that money.
That Monroe house is not priced to sell. It looks like it needs a bit of work on the inside.
I really like that Lex Ave house. I’m going to check that out after church on Sunday.
5th St. floor plan doesn’t seem to match photos.
5 street is 15′ wide. Went to prev OH and photos are deceiving – more estate condition than it looks in pix.
