  1. “564 2nd Street is an administrative bldg for the Latvian Church” – now the side by side powder rooms on the first floor make sense.

  2. That Park Slope house is beautiful. I like the colors and furnishings. The layout is completely traditional — lots of extra rooms and floors. You could move a second family in there and forget you had done so for a week.

  3. That Williamsburg house seems really expensive and really tiny compared to others I’ve seen for sale in the area. It seems to be missing a second floor above the parlor level. Usually two families on three floors are around $1.2 million. Nice location though, especially if you have kids.

  4. I was misremembering the location of the 2nd st place (obviously, since the high school isn’t near by) but otherwise my comments stand…

  5. “I guess if you have 6+ kids”

6 kids with great bladder control.

I love multi million dollar homes that are so badly laid out.

  6. 11217, that’s my point – 2nd st has to be a lot worst than those pics are implying. if they’re representative, pretty easy & cheap to add a few baths, touch up refresh,… for a 5 story house. btw, think it took two 100k cuts to the price already – ie seller admitting it’s overpriced
