I saw a spa strewn about once. It wasn’t pretty.
Compare to this gem in Philly on one of the nicest streets there for $539k…

Actually, I think The Developer’s Group was selling condos at 234 Greene Ave – guess it’s a nondo.
another catastrophic day on Wall Street.
What kind of house can one buy on a census taker’s salary?
Clinton st house was always priced around 2 mill. The house is in a great location, but needs a lot of work. I think 1.75 mill might work.
Seriously, that Corcoran agent must be stopped – “colorful and eclectically decorated for fun,” “in a lovely district that has antique shops, markets and restaurants and a spa strewn about.” I get the first part, because the decor is certianly NOT a selling point, although people do need to see around that, as it will go (mostly) with the sellers. But “a lovely district.” seems more to me to say, “This block isn’t so great, but there are some nice ones in the area,” and since when are shops, “strewn about?” Also interesting how photos don’t show 234 Greene Ave next door, which is, if I recall, a stalled construction site. Nice! Slim pickings this week overall.
I’m not seeing a photo of a fire house.
I’m seeing a photo of the loft with garage on Madison.
Pretty sweet, I might add.
Why do you have a photo of the firehouse next to the Bed-Stuy place? The firehouse isn’t even on the same street, but 2 blocks west on Monroe between Bedford and Franklin.
That bed-stuy loft is sick
