I guess 13th between 3rd and 4th can hardly be considered Park Slope. And therefore that price, for an unrenovated 3 story house, starts to look more in line with the market.
And I meant $425,000. 🙂
And of course I meant 13th Street.

Well, it’s on a fugly block between 3rd and 4th Avenue for starters.
If the 12th Street house was listed for $400,000 they would have sold it a long time ago.

Wasder, isn’t the real question why the other houses, like the Corcoran listing on 12th street, so expensive?
