The Crown Heights house is nice. I pass it from time to time on the way to the 2/5 train station at the corner. It’s a good block with a large amount of police traffic. Not sure if it’s going to sell at 825k…but we’ll see..
Marty has the same layout in his place. It makes midnight snacking very convenient.
