  1. BHO…you know you’d make so much more of a point if you actually posted some facts here.

As it stands now, you just seem like a lunatic.

Let’s see some facts to support your theories. You may very well be right, but no one really seems to pay you any attention because you post comments which make you look foolish most of the time.

Or do what other more sane people do when they want to own a home…save money or get a 2nd job instead of spending all day making irrational posts, seemingly hoping to single handedly talk down the market (quite unsuccessfully so far, I might add).

We ain’t anywhere close to Brownstones Half off.

  2. That Greenpoint block is a beauty. I’d always heard that few houses came to market, as they stayed in families or were sold to fellow Poles.

I’d guess it needs some serious kitchen and bath help as there aren’t any photos, but it could be a great place.

  3. “Judgement Day is coooooming! Yeah, moreteasir, it’s way far fetched that prices will drop significantly more than 20%. Pay me no mind, home shoppers.”

Pay you no mind indeed, you and the rest of the renters are the ones paying for the bailout with no perceivable benefit….prices could drop 50 % for all I care.

Just a little sarcasm, A CHL. Police traffic can be interpreted to be a bad thing.
