Note to Realtors:
Stop dicking around and price your inventory right!!!
These are all ridiculously high. 17th Street being the worst offender (approx. $900 sq. ft.)
Is every house in the desirable school zone in Park Slope priced at $2.6 million? Or just the fancy ones? Seems like that’s all we’ve seen for at least a month.
Just serious inventory.
***Bill Thompson for Mayor***
to quote someone else:
Obvi not serious sellers.
Kitchen, smitchen. The bedroom floor of the WT house has just one bathroom–and it’s ensuite, as DIBS would call it. The non-masters have to go to the parlor floor to poop. For 1.4M, I say No Thanks.
368 Park Place has been on the market for well over a year….I would bet that there is some room for price negotiations
the bedford house is in south midwood – not ditmas park, which is quite a different ‘hood. someone could not have possibly thought those white appliances blended well – it must have been a close out sale.
CGar, you go buy it and I’ll be your quiet reliable tenant
I had the same thought about the Windsor Terrace house, which I liked otherwise, though it seems priced too high for the amount of space and the location. For my money, I think the Prospect Heights house has potential – and I love the 130′ deep lot.
