hmm – well I suppose we can all assume that 10th street house is a mess inside without the interior pics – however much worse, it sits across the street from that huge train tressel overpass down on 10th street
the reeve house is verrrry cute – i could see it going for that price, maybe lower b/c of the 1 bathroom situation

Okay, again, nevermind. Reeve house is only 1600 sq. feet. Well, it IS a cute house, but seems like price might be high once one actually looks at the floorplan – I was too quick to type after walking by it all the time and saying how much I like it from the outside
Okay, I didn’t realize the Reeve house has only 1 bath and no finished basement. Ours has 2.5 baths, maybe that is a real issue
