Am I reading it correctly that the Kensington place was $599k on 12/30/08, and now is $615k?
Good luck with that … my wife and I area actually pretty interested in it, but knowing the pricing history I’d certainly come in well belo $599k.
I’ve been in the CH house. Not underwhelming, very nice in fact. Yes, needs new kitchens and baths and general upgrading, but it’s a very nice house.

Re CH house, prepare to be underwhelmed. It needs loads of work including a kitchen and has been on the market for a long long time. Pretty from the outside though.
