Hi Wasder – I find it hard to judge sales info for individual properties that are not familiar to me (as opposed to the various 3-beds in the slope that I am pretty familiar with). Nothing in this report changes any of my views generally. Have a great weekend.

Where does it say Park Place sold…?
Also, if Park Place was sold why are they having an open house on it this Sunday? Seems there is some bad info somewhere…
MaFo, definitely natefind and streeteasy for the bigger real estate brokerages. But they don’t include the lesser known, local ones. NY Times Real Estate section has many of those.
lechacal–do you have any feeling for whether this sales info reflects a precipitous drop in the market in the near future?

anyone know good sites to find a brownstone apt for sale? i’m currently using Trulia and Street easy, but thought some ppl might have better suggestions.
