I’ve decided not to buy the Brooklyn Heights house with my $6.8 million this week. Those recessed lights are a monstrosity. And the paint is so white it’s hazardous to eyesight.

MKG has the Bedford house as well. She sold my home in a heartbeat. This says more about the property, than anything, as it was languishing long before the market started to tank.
That is a great price for the house on Bedford. Had it been offered for sale by a REBNY-member firm that co-brokes, it would have been sold by now, and at a higher price. Brooklyn Prosperties is probably charging only 4% commission (or less), so the sellers thought they’d save money — well, I guess they learned — you get what you pay for.
I’m going to assume that of the two side-by-side toilets in the BH master bedroom ensuite bath, one is a bidet. I can’t imagine sharing side-by-side toilets with ANYONE.
182 Clinton is reduced from $4.2 million. It’s been on the market for over a year.
