  3. Oh my god, I am shocked by the Fort Greene place – what balls! It looks like a dump, is small, and has tenants. Good luck – sheesh!

    And PLG place is also ugly and that neighborhood is questionable at best – what are people thinking? Stop being so damn greedy people! The days of irrational exuberance are over!

Because we’re looking to rent and I’ve had agents offer me apartments in both those townhouses in the past 2 weeks, and been in to see one of them, where I was given the exact info I shared above. Maybe something’s changed since then? Are we talking about the same places? 104 and 108?
