  3. the what – one of the inconsistencies I keep seeing in your rants is that you bring up looming inflation and falling housing prices as if they are related. In fact, if there is widespread inflation, then that should make housing now a good buy, since being a debtor is good when there is inflation, and land should go up with the rate of inflation.
    Also high inflation (weak dollar) is associated with an overheated ecomony, so low unemployment and thriving export sector.
