Price Increases at One Brooklyn Bridge Park
On Friday StreetEasy recorded slight price increases on about a dozen units listed for sale at One Brooklyn Bridge Park. “Central A/C not built because of vast expense piping entire building and maintaining same as well as operating a cooling tower.”
It was also a choice made to maintain the 13′ – 15′ ceilings rather than put in drop ceilings to conceal A/C and heating vents.
hilarious…I think the Corcoran-bot just posted an automated response to justify a crazy price in a inconvenient location.
everything is flying off the shelves in BoCoCa + BK Heights so I think it’s worth a shot trying squeeze out a few extra bucks.
seemed to me that the level of the building = to bqe was parking garage.
And the JW’s did own this building.
this bldg seems 1000% more appealing than anything in Dumbo.

I HATE those commercials. The cartoon ones with the guy who appreciates a fine port or something. (They also housed the last TOP CHEF season here; I guess they need the promotion.) That said, if I was rich, well, I wouldn’t make this my top choice, but apartments that don’t have the BQE view would be appealing, especially when the park is finished.
