Need room for a family or roommates? We rounded up a variety of attractive three-bedroom dwellings scattered across three boroughs.

Our picks are all prewar (or older), with a mix of condos and co-ops as well as a single-family home. Two of the apartments are within walking distance of major parks.

They range widely in neighborhood, from Manhattan’s East Village and Upper West Side to Brooklyn’s Prospect Lefferts Gardens and Park Slope and one in Maspeth, Queens.

Prices start at $749,500 for a condo near Prospect Park and top out at $3.75 million for a triplex in the East Village.

First up, a condo in a Victorian brick-and-brownstone building in Park Slope. The full-floor apartment features plenty of original moldings and parquet floors. It has one bathroom, a walk-in closet that could be converted to a second bathroom, and central air.
