What does $3,300 rent these days in Brooklyn and Manhattan? We rounded up five attractive options in a variety of neighborhoods ranging in price from $3,200 to $3,300 a month.
We found everything from a studio in prime Manhattan to a three-bedroom duplex in central Brooklyn. If you’re looking for a one-bedroom, you’ll pretty much have your pick of luxurious options at this price point.
Neighborhoods spanned Williamsburg, Carroll Gardens, Bed Stuy, the West Village, and the Lower East Side.
Which one would you choose?
First up is a duplex in Bed Stuy. The three-bedroom, two-bath unit appears to occupy the parlor and garden floors of a three-story row house. The renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and no shortage of counters and cupboards. There is a backyard, in-unit washer and dryer, and a jacuzzi tub.
