Another vote of confidence for the Williamsburg residential marketor at least that portion close to the Bedford L stop. The NForth (a former Brownstoner advertiser) has sold 60% of its condos in 12 weeks, according to The Developers Group. The building has four stories and 37 residences, designed by Karl Fischer with equally pervasive designer Andres Escobar handling the interiors. The usual luxury amenities apply: lounge, gym, and “landscaped common backyard with stone waterfall feature.” Sounds nice. Anybody bought, or just looked, here? GMAP
I do too. I think it’s quite beautiful.
I like the facade more than most.

walking down that street there are some nice looking brownstones and this thing looks a little out of place, but then again, i am a “brownstoner” lol
I can’t find availablity and prices on their website….Is it me?
Forget Philadelphia; East St. Louis is the sixth borough.
The map is pointing to a site in East St. Louis.
We looked here a couple months ago – very unimpressed. Rooms were very small and finishes felt cheap. If I recall correctly (saw a couple places that day) the saleswoman told us it was designed to be less luxury than most to keep monthly costs down. The “backyard” is a boring tiled patio, and people with outdoor spaces just have little screens up walling off a part of the patio outside their apartments. Overall, it was just lame.
