Today’s the soft launch of 59 Kent Street, a new Greenpoint rental building in one of the landmarked Pencil Factory buildings between Franklin and West Street. There are 36 units in the building, 11 of which are on the market with two of those already rented. Prices range from $1,965/month for a 566-square-foot studio to $5,289/month for a 1,763-square-foot one bedroom. The picture above is the only interior shot so far, and it’s reminding us a lot of Williamsburg rental building Wythe Confectionary. That one rented out in four months. Think this smaller building will have similar appeal? GMAP
