This weekend MNS will officially list 105 market-rate rental units for 1560 Fulton Street, the building first known as the Bradford and now known as the Acacia. (We noticed five market-rate units pop up this November; turns out those were just initial offerings.) Residents have occupied all the affordable units available, which started at $377 for a one bedroom. The market rate units are one- to three-bedrooms ranging from 664 to 1,177 square feet. Prices start at $1,887 a month. It’s a green building with a part-time doorman, an outdoor terrace, courtyard and rec room. The apartments themselves feature washer/dryer systems, hardwood floors and stainless steel kitchens. Brokers are marketing these units as “luxury rental residences.” Think that’ll translate into high rents on the corner of Fulton Street and Lewis Avenue?
