A HOTD this February. We said: “The owners of this new brownstone listing at 46 Willow Street are asking $4,000,000 and we bet they get it based on the vital statistics alone: Five stories, extension, 25 feet wide, prime location.” This home also got a post last week when it sold. Entered into contract on 3/23/11; closed on 7/13/2011; deed recorded on 7/26/11.
