The listing has already been pulled for #PH2. It’s one of the biggest sales the condo development has had in awhile. Entered into contract on 10/16/10; closed on 6/30/2011; deed recorded on 7/19/11.

377 7th Street was an OHP this May. It was listed in May for $1,995,000 and went into contract one month later. Entered into contract on 6/17/2011; closed on 7/7/2011; deed recorded on 7/21/11.
