1. PARK SLOPE $2,800,000
60 Montgomery Place GMAP
As a HOTD way back in 2007, we said “This house at 60 Montgomery Place in Park Slope has that something special that would at least get our attention were we in the market to write this kind of check.” It was asking $3,450,000, but we didn’t know how much restoration work would be needed. (Commenters said lots.) As far as we can tell this is the first sale of the house since it hit the market back then. Entered into contract on 3/15/11; closed on 6/15/11; deed recorded on 6/29/2011.

2. CARROLL GARDENS $2,400,000
326A President Street GMAP
This four-story home was only on the market for two months before it entered contract. It was listed for $2,999,000. Entered into contract on 4/15/11; closed on 6/3/2011; deed recorded on 6/27/11.

3. PARK SLOPE $2,325,000
421 12th Street GMAP
Listed in January for $2,250,000. From the listing: “This turn-of-the century brick legal three-family home has been re-made into a one family wonder complete with 3 bedrooms and a family room, 2.5 baths, massive open kitchen and living area with exposed steel beams and a curtain-wall of windows.” Entered into contract on 2/3/2011; closed on 6/8/2011; deed recorded on 7/1/11.
After the jump, two more sales over the $2M mark…

4. PARK SLOPE $2,200,000
375A 12th Street GMAP
As a HOTD in April it was noted that this South Slope home is hiding an entirely modernized interior. We said that “Overall, it appears to be very nicely done; in particular, we like the choices in the kitchen and the back facade that’s made up almost entirely of glass.” It was asking $2,200,000. Entered into contract on 4/12/2011; closed on 6/14/2011; deed recorded on 6/28/11.

5. COBBLE HILL $2,072,138.75
58 Strong Place GMAP
This unit at the Landmark at Strong Place came with a parking spot as well. Entered into contract on 12/15/2011; closed on 6/10/11; deed recorded on 6/29/11.
