It’s not the biggest sale this building has seen (and it’s no $23.5M penthouse) but this two bed didn’t sell too much less than ask. It was listed for $2,750,000 and the unit was on the market for about a year. Entered into contract on 3/29/11; closed on 5/25/2011; deed recorded on 6/10/11.
