We said, “Clearly someone has put a lot of money into renovating this 22-foot-wide brownstone at 416 Pacific Street (after buying the 3,600-square-foot house for $1,350,000 in 2008) and much of it is very nice indeed, however all we can see when we look at the photos is the sea of recessed lighting that appears to be in just about every room in the house.” Deed recorded on 6/23/2013.

Here’s the old listing to this Slope brownstone, which was owned by the same family for 64 years. It’s located just a half block from the park. Asking $2,895,000, and it entered contract less than a month later.
