I actually find the 3rd St price encouraging (for a buyer) – about $500psf for what is arguably one of the primest locations in Brooklyn. 6th St sold for more than I predicted (as I was abundantly reminded last week on Bstoner) but still way less than ask, and the direction of prices – even with “Biggest sales” – still points downwards.

    SofaS! There’s three of them. It’s a set. And they obviously match the dining room chairs, which match the chandelier, which match the marble, which match the column, which match the tub, which match the marble, which match the marble.
