CG, 11217 is a she and she is psycho. She has an anger problem and is always jumping on people on bstoner.
thats what i thought!
11217, you need anger management classes or strong medications.
I don’t know why so many people are attacking 11217. I agree with him about CraigsList. When I owned my house, I used brokers to find tenants for my rental apartment; in addition to saving me time I didn’t have to show the apartment, I relied on the brokers to run credit checks, check references, etc. When I sold the house, I used brokers to find a rental, and they easily separated the wheat from the chaff for me. I have a friend who has been trying to find an apartment for the past 3 months using CraigsList, and every time he finds the rare legitimate ad for an apartment, it’s already been rented by the time he reaches the landlord.
Real estate depression is upon us.

antidope you said I have a problem with vacancies, turnover and repairs. WTF are you even talking about? WHen have I ever said that?
Mmmmm. Pie.
you say you’re a landlord.
you gripe about a tenant leaving.
you gripe about reducing rents.
you gripe a lot, frankly.
oh and your handle means you gripe about the price you bought your ppty at.
so…i’m guessing you’re as much of a pain in the ass with your tenant(s) as you are on this site.
just a guess though. i don’t really know you. probably you’re as sweet as pecan pie when talking with your tenant(s).
antidope how am I having trouble with all 3? elaborate
